Installation to remotely and safely turn over slabs or ingots. The operator is apart from the enclosure of work and determines the type of cycle : 180 degrees rotation or vertical positioning of the product. The turner, mainly used in grinding or scarfing installations, can be included on control lines.

Bench of Plummer Blocks
The mechanized bench allows the disassembling and the reassembly of the plummer blocks of rollers of cold rolling. The installation is composed of two carriages extractors of plummer blocks and of one cylinder lifter. The maximum weight of the unit "roller-plummer blocks" which can be supported by the machine is 25 tons.
Heat Treatment of Rails
Capacity 36 to 80 m
This installation is intended to carry out a heating by induction of the rail at a temperature of 900°C, in order to allow a soft air hardening of the tread. The installation guarantees a straightness of rail in the two plans, avoiding the need of a straightener system.
Rails bundle
The installation surface dresses rails.
It comprises:
- a holding rack for stacking rails.
- An arrangement of five separated rail trolleys.
- A stacking and banding devise.
