Stage 1
The ARCUT® adapts-to and cuts at the speed of the continuous casting. The spread of heat from the devise maintains the product at temperature while the torch cuts in parallel with the selected side of the bloom.

Stage 2
After the heating of the product, the casting of oxycutting starts the cut.
Stage 3
The torch cuts in an arc movement, which has the effect of reducing the ejection of molten steel.

Stage 4
Slowing down before the end of the cutting cycle.
End
We see the only burr on the lower right side, which can be removed by a casting of compressed air.
